We run our entire stake pool based on RaspberryPi's which are located in a regular house in Germany. We support decentralization and we use parts of our rewards to fight against world hunger.

Stakepool with two bare-metal servers in France: one for the block producer, the other one for a relay. Stable optic fiber internet connection with 300Mbps download/upload and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS). We also have a second relay on a VPS in Canada for geo-redundancy as well as an extra block producer that is dormant but ready to be brought online in an instant for contingency.
